Returns & Refund Policy

Dallas Most Wanted Custom Apparel wants every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.

14-Day Return & Refund Period

Eligible merchandise may be returned or reported for a refund within 14 calendar days of the date the order is delivered.

After 14 days from delivery, the sale is considered final, and Dallas Most Wanted Custom Apparel will generally be unable to offer a refund, return, or exchange except where required by applicable law.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
• In its original condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order information

Dallas Most Wanted Custom Apparel reserves the right to decline a return if the merchandise does not meet these conditions, subject to applicable law.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Because custom and personalized merchandise is made specifically for the customer, custom-made, personalized, specially printed, or specially produced items are generally Final Sale.

Custom or personalized merchandise is generally not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds because of:

• Selecting the wrong size
• Selecting the wrong color
• Changing your mind
• No longer wanting the item
• Providing incorrect personalization, wording, images, artwork, spelling, or other information

Before submitting a custom order, customers are responsible for reviewing:

• Sizes
• Colors
• Spelling
• Artwork
• Personalization
• Images
• Wording
• Other order details

Custom orders may qualify for a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund if Dallas Most Wanted Custom Apparel made an error or if the merchandise arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from the approved order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Dallas Most Wanted Custom Apparel as soon as possible and within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the problem
• Photographs of the packaging when applicable

Once reviewed, Dallas Most Wanted Custom Apparel may provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Dallas Most Wanted Custom Apparel is not responsible for damage caused after delivery through misuse, improper washing, improper care, alterations, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

Exchanges

Eligible non-custom merchandise may be exchanged within the 14-day return period, subject to product availability.

Customers requesting an exchange because they selected the wrong size or color may be responsible for return shipping and any additional shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item.

Custom or personalized merchandise is not eligible for size or color exchanges unless the error was made by Dallas Most Wanted Custom Apparel.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of an error by Dallas Most Wanted Custom Apparel or the merchandise arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable.

Dallas Most Wanted Custom Apparel recommends using a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise.

Dallas Most Wanted Custom Apparel is not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit before being received by us.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the customer will be notified regarding the status of the refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

After a refund has been approved and processed, please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Actual posting times depend on the customer's bank, credit card company, financial institution, or payment provider and may be outside the control of Dallas Most Wanted Custom Apparel.

A refund being issued does not necessarily mean the funds will appear immediately in the customer's bank account.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees.

Customers should generally expect their order to arrive within 7–10 business days after the order has shipped, unless otherwise stated.

Processing or production time before shipment may vary depending on the merchandise, customization requirements, order volume, product availability, and other circumstances.

Dallas Most Wanted Custom Apparel is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Dallas Most Wanted Custom Apparel is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional expenses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Shipping addresses generally cannot be changed after an order has shipped.

If an order is returned to Dallas Most Wanted Custom Apparel because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs before the order can be shipped again.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If tracking information shows that an order was delivered but the customer cannot locate the package, the customer should first:

• Contact the shipping carrier
• Check with household members
• Check with neighbors
• Check with apartment or property management when applicable
• Check the surrounding delivery area
• Verify that the shipping address provided with the order was correct

Dallas Most Wanted Custom Apparel will review lost-package concerns individually.

However, Dallas Most Wanted Custom Apparel cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages that the shipping carrier confirms were successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Dallas Most Wanted Custom Apparel as soon as possible.

Orders that have already entered production, been customized, personalized, printed, packaged, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

Custom or personalized orders may become Final Sale once production begins.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled.

Sale & Clearance Merchandise

Items specifically marked Final Sale, Clearance, Closeout, or Non-Returnable are generally not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

An exception may apply if the merchandise arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable law.

Items Returned Without Authorization

Customers should contact Dallas Most Wanted Custom Apparel before returning merchandise.

Items returned without prior authorization or without sufficient order information may experience processing delays and may not qualify for a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.

Proof of Purchase

Dallas Most Wanted Custom Apparel may require proof of purchase before approving a return, exchange, replacement, store credit, or refund.

Acceptable proof of purchase may include:

• Order number
• Order confirmation
• Customer name and email address associated with the order
• Other information reasonably necessary to locate and verify the purchase

Refund Method

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Dallas Most Wanted Custom Apparel generally cannot issue a refund to a different credit card, bank account, or payment method unless permitted or required by the applicable payment provider or applicable law.

Refund Abuse & Fraud Prevention

Dallas Most Wanted Custom Apparel reserves the right to refuse or limit returns, exchanges, refunds, replacements, or store credits in cases involving suspected fraud, excessive or abusive return activity, altered merchandise, false claims, misrepresentation, or violations of this policy, subject to applicable law.

Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase from Dallas Most Wanted Custom Apparel, the customer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review this Return & Refund Policy before completing their purchase.

This policy does not limit or waive any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.
